Truth’s Community Clinic does not offer dental services. They offer primary medical care, including:

• General check-ups and physicals
• Treatment for acute and chronic medical conditions
• Women’s health services
• Medications

To qualify for services at Truth’s Community Clinic, you must:

• Be a resident of Lawrenceville, Buford, Dacula, or Auburn (Gwinnett County side)
• Have no insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare

You can contact the clinic on Monday between 10:00 and 3:00 to see if you qualify. A donation of $20 is suggested for services. They do not accept walk-ins.
