The Guilford County Public Health Department (GCPHD) offers dental services to uninsured and underinsured residents of Guilford County, North Carolina. The services are available at two locations:

• Chandler Dental Clinic at 1103 West Friendly Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27401
• High Point Dental Clinic at 501 East Green Drive, High Point, NC 27260

To be eligible for dental services at GCPHD, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be a resident of Guilford County
• Have a household income that is at or below 200% of the federal poverty level
• Be uninsured or underinsured

The dental services available at GCPHD include:

• Examinations
• Cleanings
• Fillings
• Extractions
• Root canals
• Dentures
• Partials
• Bridges

• Appointments are required.
