The Friends of Creston Children’s Dental Clinic is a nonprofit organization that provides no-cost dental care to low-income children in the Portland Public Schools who otherwise would not be able to afford to pay for dental services. The clinic was founded in 2011 by a group of parents and community members who were concerned about the lack of access to dental care for low-income children in Portland. The clinic is staffed by volunteer dentists, dental hygienists, and other dental professionals.
