El Centro de Corazon at John S. Dunn Health Center is a dental clinic that provides high-quality dental care to the Hispanic/Latino community in central Illinois. The clinic is staffed by a team of bilingual dentists, hygienists, assistants, and other support personnel who are experienced in serving the Hispanic/Latino population and familiar with the cultural aspects of providing dental care in this community. Services provided at El Centro de Corazon include general dental exams, cleanings, fillings, root canals, dentures, and dental implants. The clinic also offers oral cancer screenings and referrals for oral surgery if needed. El Centro de Corazon is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to noon. Appointments are required and can be made by calling (217) 753-6561 in English or Spanish. El Centro de Corazon is also a teaching clinic for dental students and residents to gain experience in providing care to the Hispanic/Latino population.
