The CCISD-VSHSI Community and School-Based Health Clinic is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) that provides comprehensive health care services, including dental care, to children and adults in the Crystal City Independent School District (CCISD) and surrounding communities. The clinic is located at 1101 East Crockett Street, Crystal City, TX 78832.

The dental clinic at CCISD-VSHSI provides a wide range of services, including:

• Preventive care: cleanings, exams, fluoride treatments, sealants
• Restorative care: fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures
• Endodontic care (root canals)
• Pediatric dentistry
• Orthodontics (braces and retainers)

The clinic accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicaid and CHIP. Patients without insurance may be eligible for a sliding scale fee based on their income and family size.
