The Maliheh Free Clinic is a non-profit organization that provides free medical and dental care to low-income and uninsured residents of Salt Lake County, Utah. The clinic does not provide emergency care, prenatal care, or prescriptions for controlled substances.

To Make an Appointment

To make an appointment at the Maliheh Free Clinic, you must call 801-266-3700 and speak to an intake coordinator. The intake coordinator will screen you to determine if you qualify for services. If you are eligible, you will be scheduled for an appointment.

The Maliheh Free Clinic is located at 3600 South 300 East, Millcreek, UT 84106. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
