The Arapahoe Health Center - Wind River Service Unit - IHS dental clinic is located in Arapahoe, Wyoming. It is one of two outpatient clinics operated by the Wind River Service Unit of the Indian Health Service (IHS). The clinic provides comprehensive dental care to members of the Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapaho Tribes, as well as other eligible Native Americans.

The clinic has six dental operatories and a staff of 20, including dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants. The clinic offers a wide range of dental services, including:

• Preventive care: cleanings, exams, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Restorative care: fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures
• Periodontal care: treatment for gum disease
• Endodontic care: root canals
• Oral surgery: extractions and other surgical procedures

The clinic also offers emergency dental care.
